We’re Building the Coastal Moms Booking & Management System

Development is underway on the booking and management system that will power appointments for Coastal Moms IV Hydration & Wellness. This system is being created alongside our new website and will play an important role in making our mobile services simple to access and manage.

Because Coastal Moms provides mobile IV hydration and wellness services, our booking needs are different from those of a traditional office where every appointment takes place at the same address. Our system needs to support a service that travels to customers and provides a straightforward way to request and manage appointments.

For customers, the goal is to create a clear online booking experience. Visitors will be able to learn about available services, provide the information needed for their appointment, and request or schedule service through the Coastal Moms website as booking becomes available.

Behind the scenes, the management side of the system will help the Coastal Moms team organize appointments and the information associated with providing mobile services. Building these tools into the overall website gives us greater control over the customer experience and allows the system to develop along with the business.

We are currently working through the development and testing required before online booking can open. As individual pieces of the system are completed, we will continue sharing progress through the website and our social media channels.
