Kaylee Todd

Kaylee is a registered nurse, wife, mom, and co-founder of Coastal Moms IV Hydration & Wellness. Her family is at the heart of who she is, and she credits their continued love and support for helping shape the person and nurse she is today.

After graduating from Holly Grove Christian School, Kaylee earned her Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Wor-Wic Community College in 2016 and her Bachelor’s Degree from Western Governors University in 2019. She began her nursing career at TidalHealth in the Progressive Care Unit, where she later served as a charge RN before transitioning to the Intensive Care Unit. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Kaylee served as a lead RN in a dedicated COVID ICU, working alongside an incredible team to advocate for patients and support families through some of life’s most difficult moments.

She went on to expand her critical care experience as a travel nurse in the Trauma ICU at Johns Hopkins for more than a year before returning home to TidalHealth. In 2024, she transitioned into infusion nursing at the Cancer Center in Ocean Pines. There she rediscovered her passion for building meaningful patient relationships and developed a deep appreciation for the oncology patient population.

In 2025, Kaylee became a mother, an experience that brought an even deeper perspective to her understanding of wellness, balance, and compassionate care. Today, she works reduced hours to be more present for her son, whose growth and everyday moments are among her greatest joys.

Coastal Moms was born from a shared vision to create something that feels different: a wellness experience rooted in family, community, and connection. For Kaylee, Coastal Moms is about more than a business. It is about creating a standard of care where quality comes first and every patient receives the same compassion and attention she would want for her own family. She is grateful for the opportunity to bring that vision to life and give back to a community that has given so much to her.
