Sara Curtis

Born and raised on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, Sara Curtis is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals through compassionate, evidence-based care. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Salisbury University and brings years of clinical experience to her role as Medical Director of Coastal Moms. Sara combines her clinical expertise with a personalized approach to IV hydration and wellness, focusing on safe, individualized treatments that support hydration, recovery, energy, immune health, and overall well-being.

As a lifelong member of the Eastern Shore community, Sara is passionate about providing high-quality, personalized care close to home and building meaningful relationships with those she serves. Outside of her career, Sara’s greatest joy is her family. She is the proud mom of two children—a daughter and a son—and enjoys family adventures, cheering on her kids, traveling, and creating lasting memories together.
